Refund Policy: 30-Day Guarantee

In accordance with Article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have a 30-day withdrawal period from the date you receive your products (as indicated on your package tracking) to exercise your right of withdrawal, without the need to provide any reason or pay any penalties.

Returned items must be in their original condition and complete, including the envelope, pouch, accessories, gifts, and tags, to ensure they can be resold as new. You are responsible for ensuring the product(s) remain in their original condition.

The product must not have been worn, washed, or damaged. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the refusal of your refund.

Any damage to the product may lead to the loss of your right to withdraw and a penalty of up to 20% of the product’s price to cover restoration costs.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Products must be sent back using the same shipping service originally used by us.

For returns within France, this means using Colissimo.

All returns must include a tracking number, which must be provided to our customer service team in case of a return or exchange request.
