ARTICLE 9: DELIVERY Products are shipped within 24 hours and usually delivered within 5 to 7 days, with a maximum of 20 days. Delivery delays do not entitle the buyer to any compensation or refund.
Standard delivery is free, with an option for enhanced delivery at a cost of €3.50. This option guarantees the possibility to exchange or receive a refund for the product, even if it has been worn, and also benefits from expedited shipping and delivery.

ARTICLE 10: RETURN POLICY ⚠️ Orders benefiting from a displayed discount on the site cannot be returned or refunded. However, a size exchange request can be made.
Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery and you can obtain an exchange or a refund within 10 days under the following conditions:
For hygiene reasons and in accordance with the right of withdrawal law, the product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and with all delivered accessories.
Incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, or soiled returned items will not be accepted. The product must not have been worn, washed, or damaged, otherwise, we will be obliged to refuse the refund.
